If you sign up for an annual fee program, you are covered for that year. You will be given the option to renew the annual fee each year or choose to go to an individual “pay-as-you-go” payment program.
This depends on the practice. However, the answer is most likely no. Typically the annual fee will only cover services from your own family physician.
